NOTE: There will be no 6pm practice on Monday December 25 and January 1. Our Thursday and Saturday practices will take place as usual during the holiday.

At noon on Monday, January 1, 2024 nidan Mike Kostroske will lead a punching practice of oizuki and gyakuzuki. We have traditionally rung in the New Year this way, so please arrive at the dojo by 11:45 New Year’s Day to get dressed and warm up. You should be done before 2pm.
